You are overweight. I can tell, of course, by way of the reverse camera we have built into this site. It is uncanny. I can see you, but you can't see me. I can see you now trying to navigate away from this page. You already know you are overweight, you say? Tell me something new.
Well, sorry, there is nothing new. Lose weight! Do a little test: If you have type 2 diabetes, and if you have been keeping up, you undoubtedly take your blood each morning and write down the blood sugar level. You keep a page and on each line is: Date: BloodSugar. Add another line: Weight. Date: Bloodsugar Weight Weigh yourself each morning when you take your blood. Write that down. You can then see for yourself that you bloodsugar is related to your weight. The weightier you are the higher the number. Go on a diet. Watch your bloodsugar go down. When you get down to your ideal weight, you might find you don't have diabetes anymore. If so, give us an email, telling your story. If not, give us an email anyway. |
